In my last blog, I started to write about the six-way path to success and in conclusion today, will carry on from the mouth ; talking prematurely can be devastating to your dreams and vision if you talk to the wrong people. They may be full of doubts and unbelief towards your vision, which they could transfer to you if you are in an unprepared state. If this happens, then you could easily find yourself leaning towards their unbelief rather than your visions and dreams.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue( Proverbs 18:21 ), which means that your mouth, amongst other things, has been given to you to speak. If you have a choice to set the course of your life, would you not set it in the best possible direction? If your answer is yes, then what is stopping you ? You have that power. It is in your mouth, the power of the words you speak.
Start using your mouth to speak life, health, wealth, and everything that your heart desires. Whatever your eyes can see( vision) , use your mouth to speak it to being and don’t stop speaking no matter what.
Your next pathway is your ears. The importance of what you hear is emphasised by you having two ears. Just like the other pathways, your hearing affects your sight, which ultimately affects your direction. What do you listen to the most, what are you constantly hearing ? Your life view is affected by what you constantly hear, and that’s why
Romans chapter ten and verse seventeen tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.
If you hear right, you build faith. If you don’t hear right, you build fear. Either way, you are building something for yourself by what you hear.
The next pathway to success is your hands, which is a representation of diligence. Your hands are an indication of the place of hard work in achieving dreams and goals. Success doesn’t just happen, many factors come together to make it happen, and one of those factors is hard work. In Ecclesiastes, it says:
Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might; for there is no activity or planning or knowledge or wisdom in Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead) where you are going. ( Ecclesiastes 9:10 amp).
What have you found to do ? What vision do you have ? Have you been hearing right and building faith for your future? Well, now is the time then to work at it. This may be the time to pick up that pen and start writing that manuscript or blog or article or whatever has been in your heart. That business plan stored up in your head, perhaps its time to put it down on paper and take it a little further? You may even be running something and it looks like the life and joy you had from the beginning is not there anymore, well, rather than pack up and quit, this may actually be a time to strengthen yourself by asking if you’ve yet given all? The verse above says to give all your might to doing it. If you heard right and you’ve got a vision, it is worth staying in, doing it with all your might.
The final step in our six – way path is your feet. I have previously written a blog involving the feet and eye coordination, where I talked about our feet going in the same direction as our eyes. In other words, if your feet are not moving, if you are not taking action and doing something towards success, then there are some questions that may help move you in the right direction.
Questions like, have you considered all six elements as working together not apart in moving you towards the right direction? These six and more elements are all found in one body, not separate bodies, which means that you need them all for a life of success.
You need vision, perception, hearing and speaking the right things, you need hardwork ( with persistence and diligence) and you need movement ( which may sometimes involve changing methods ) all working together to achieve your goals and purposes.
Much Blessings
