Our common language

No matter our differences,  however many they may be , one of the main unifying factors we have as believers is the Bible word of God. It unites us in ways that can not be explained to a non-believer and creates such a strong bond.

We have Christians from different countries,  cultures,  languages,  tribes and tongues all unified by one commonality- JESUS!
and We have a common language, and it is the language of the WORD!

No matter where you come from and what language you speak,if you are a believer in Christ, then JESUS is our denominator! and He has given us His word!

The book of John tells us that :
All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:3 ( kjv)

Everything we need is in the word of God, and you and I have been called to bear the word to the world, and one of the ways we do this is by speaking  the word. The language of the word should become our primary and only language.

According to the dictionary definition,  language is the principal method of human communication, consisting of words used in a structured and conventional way and conveyed by speech, writing, or gesture.

When things happen in our lives that shouldn’t be, when  business life  or home life is not going according to plan, that is not the time to speak the language of defeat and worry but to speak what is written in the word regarding us and our situation.

Part of the dictionary definition of language says it is conveyed by speech, writing, or gesture.

So this tells me that you are communicating not only when you say something but even when you don’t say a word!
Your attitude towards something is communicating. You may not be saying anything negative with your mouth, but how are you handling that challenging situation ?

Mark 11:12-14 NKJV
Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. [13] And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. [14] In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it.

IN THIS INSTANCE THE FIG TREE SPOKE YET WITH NO WORDS!

There are things speaking to us every day without the use of actual words.
They speak doubt,  fear, anxiety,  discouragement, and hopelessness.
Some things speak average as normal way of life,as struggle being acceptable,  and yet we never speak back, we just accept!

You may try to convince yourself to say you are not accepting, but IF YOU DONT ACTUALLY OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SPEAK BACK, YOU ARE ACCEPTING!

Mark 11 says Jesus ANSWERED  the tree and His disciples HEARD Him!

We are word bearers. We speak the word!

James 3:5a MSG
A word out of your mouth may seem of no account, but it can accomplish nearly anything—or destroy it!.

You may feel awkward speaking out loud to your self in an empty room or a room full of people but remember the word you speak is not your own, it is God’s word in you and it is backed up by more power than you could imagine,  therefore it can accomplish or destroy!
The word of God needs to come out of your mouth

God has done His bit already,  He has spoken His word. We now need to agree with what He has spoken irrespective of what we see or where we find ourselves.

Let’s us our common language. Let’s speak the word!

Every blessing
